Who can skate
Recreational and competitive skaters.  All ages and abilities. If you can skate, we can teach you to speed skate. Boys, girls, men and women are welcome. First three practices are free.

Oakton Ice Arena.  Park Ridge, IL

2010 - 2011 Season
September 21 to March 15.

Ice time
Tuesdays,  5:55pm - 7:10pm.

Thursdays, 6:10pm – 7:10pm (except December)

Equipment
For beginners, figure skates or hockey skates are fine. We have some used speed skates and other equipment. Helmet, gloves, long pants, long sleeves, shin pads, knee pads.  We set up pads along the boards at every practice.
